Portrait Session Pricing
We have specially crafted three photo sessions for you to choose from. Prints are purchased separately in packages or a-la-cart to suit your fancy.
Mini Session: $129
30 minute session
1 location of your choosing
One outfit
At least one low-res image for your Facebook profile
Classic Session: $179
1 hour session
Up to 2 locations of your choosing (within 10 minutes drive)
Unlimited clothing changes (time dependent)
At least one low-res image for your Facebook profile
Super Session: $199
1.5 hour session
2 locations of your choosing (within 10 minutes drive)
Unlimited clothing changes
At least one low-res image for your Facebook profile
Extras:
Portrait sessions are priced for individuals. Each additional person $50.
Travel within 30 minutes of Hamilton County included.
Darlynn Photography offers ‘destination’ portrait sessions. If you would like a session at the beach, in Seattle, or in Timbuktu, please contact the studio for an estimate of additional travel costs.
Following Your Session…
All photos from our shoot will be edited and presented to you during a viewing session 2 – 4 weeks after your photo session. At this time you can place your print orders. I operate differently from many other studios, who require their clients to make a minimum print purchase in addition to their photo session. I don’t do that! You are under no obligation what-so-ever to purchase any prints (although I’m pretty confident you’ll look super amazing and you’ll want them all!). So sit back, relax, and decide for yourself how much you want to invest in your portraits.
Payment
Session fees, which are non-refundable, are due in full at the time of scheduling. Payment for print orders, which is non-refundable, is due in full at time of ordering. There is a $35 charge for bounced checks. No refunds on sessions or prints.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule please do so at least 24 hours in advance. The rescheduling of an appointment within less than 24 hours of the session time will be charged a fee of $50. In the event that you need to reschedule, your purchased session fee, which is non-refundable, will be honored by Darlynn Photography for one year. Session time will begin at the scheduled time whether or not the client is present. Failing to show for a scheduled session, will result in forfeiting the entire session fee without ability to reschedule.

I promise to be entirely present during our session, to provide you with my absolute best, and to do everything within my power to assure your satisfaction. I promise that I will always give each of my clients the best of my talent, expertise and technique… I want you to LOVE your photos! Please review my work before scheduling your appointment to get a good feeling for my technique and style.
